A2/A2 Jersey Raw Milk
Our raw milk comes from our herd of registered Jersey cows grazing the fertile pastures of Washington's Enumclaw Plateau.
Produced in small batches on our family farm, it is non-homogenized, allowing the cream to naturally rise to the top for the rich, full flavor Jersey milk is known for.
Every bottle of our fluid milk comes exclusively from DNA-tested A2/A2 Jersey cows. Because we milk each cow individually into buckets rather than through a conventional pipeline system, we can carefully select and bottle milk only from those verified A2/A2 cows. This traditional hands-on approach allows us to preserve the integrity of our A2/A2 milk while maintaining the exceptional quality our customers expect.
Our cows are Certified Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World, have access to pasture year-round as conditions allow, and are fed hay grown on the Enumclaw Plateau. Since 1918, the Fantello family has believed that exceptional milk begins with healthy soil, healthy animals, and time-honored farming practices.
